The Call (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a novelty/entertainment app published by Jung Studios LLC. This policy explains how the app handles information. Questions? Email [email protected].
We do not collect personal information. The app has no accounts and no login. Everything you create — caller names, numbers, photos you add, ringtone and schedule settings — is stored locally on your device only. We cannot see it, and it is never uploaded to us or anyone else.
If you add a photo to a caller, it is read from your device and stored locally within the app so your fake call looks realistic. Photos are never uploaded, shared, or transmitted. Removing a caller or deleting the app removes them.
The Call does not place or receive real phone calls and does not access your Contacts, microphone, or camera to make calls. All “callers” are entered by you. The incoming-call experience is simulated entirely on your device.
With your permission, the app schedules local notifications so your fake call can ring at the time you choose. These are generated and delivered on your device; no notification content is sent to our servers.
If you unlock premium features, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple’s handling of that transaction is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or trackers in the app. There is no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
If you join our launch email list on thecall.lol, we use your email address solely to notify you about the app’s launch and major updates. You can ask us to remove it anytime at [email protected]. The website uses privacy-respecting hosting and does not run advertising trackers.
The Call is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
